At Paradoxe Paris, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all designer tags attached to ensure the product remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Paris

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our atelier inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
